Mean to the elderly, very rough with him and viewed my parent as an inconvenience. my nails on my pedicures are always crooked. They are always just trying to get everything over with. They never fulfill what’s promised on the $50 pedicure
I went with a friend for a pedicure for myself and fill in -manicure for my friend. The guy with arm tattoos and round face (didn’t get his name) was very nonchalant when doing my pedicure. The service was rushed and I literally saw him push down on my foot instead of asking me to place it where he wanted. At the end of the service he did not put lotion on my feet which made my feet look ashy. They also charge full price for fill in. I’d recommend going elsewhere for your fill ins and pedicure or using a different tech.
I have been going here for about a year and was pretty satisfied till about 2 months ago. Basically I only get a pedicure. A few months ago when I went in for a pedicure, the guy was very careless. I came out and one of my legs was all sticky. He never rinsed it off. And he didn't get the old polish off as well as he should have. DO NOT come here. I went in for a pedicure came out with a black bruised toe. Ever since i went in the guy was super care less and rough he was taking the acrylic off my big toe and kept burning me with the nail drill. I kept saying ouch and he just kept rolling his eyes and pulling my foot back to him. I had to go to urgent care to get my foot looked at bc it kept getting black thankfully its just a hematoma doctor said it was from how much they separated my skin to my nail that cause the hematoma.
