I went to this salon in April with my cousin and I got a wash and blow out. I then got some knotless braids a couple hours later. I recently took my braids out to wash my hair and it severely heat damage all over. I do not recommend going here if you love your curls.
Giving 4 stars for the service of the lady. This was my daughters first time getting a blow out and straighten she has alot of hair but the cost went from $70 to $150 which I guess was fine because it looked nice. We went home and when we got out the car her hair was poofy. Needless to say 1st and only time. lol
Great experience! I’ve been going since April and my hair is doing great. My hair is fine and I worried the straightening techniques might be too intense for my fine stands, but it was not. The myths about the products that are used in Dominican salons are not true. There is no relaxer in any shampoos. It’s chemically impossible. Google it! Ask, “are there shampoos with relaxer in them?” Google will tell you, No! And if you have concerns, ask your stylist what they are doing as they do your hair. I did! I had an amazing experience. I went in as a walk in two weeks ago. They normally go by appointment but the owner was super sweet and took me last minute. She explained the process and then sent me directly to the back. They got me in and out. My hair was laid and lasted! 10 out of 10 do recommend. Schedule your appointment in advance because they are busy!
