Two stars because the technician was super sweet and did a great job on my brows. Otherwise 0 out of 5. I had lashes put on and they bothered me some but I didn’t think anything of it until I went somewhere else for a facial. That technician told me they were installed on my skin not my lashes. When I called to discuss it, the man was rude and ranting. I wouldn’t have left a review at all had he handled this differently.
Ash did A WONDERFUL JOB threading my brows!!! I have been trying to achieve this look for so long!! Highly recommend her for services provided! Never been happier with my eyebrows!! Will be back!!
I definitely won’t be coming back and I would suggest you save your money. Firstly, I came in to get my brows threaded and I told the older white man with long hair to clean up my brows a little to keep my natural shape to which he rolled his eyes. I should’ve known then just to turn around and leave but I decided to trust the process. During the service, he thought he knew best and did the opposite of what I asked.
