I had a really disappointing experience at Bonita Brow Bar. I went in just wanting a simple clean-up on my eyebrows, but that’s not what I received. My brows aren’t uneven, but they have no curve at all and look nothing like my natural shape. I specifically asked for a clean-up, not a reshape, so it was frustrating to leave with brows that don’t suit my face. I’ve been here multiple times and never had an issues until today. To start off, as my father and I clearly walked in together there were 3 technician and one quickly grabbed my father and started. While I was sitting there waiting, the only two played on their one and hitting their vape in the establishment, which is unprofessional as hell. Stopped by to get my brows threaded today an hour before the posted closing time and the technician rudely shook her head as I walked in and told me they were closed.
