STAY AWAY! Absolute terrible service and terrible help. I am currently having to go buy an eye brow pencil as well as find someone else to reshape to my eyebrows back. The “professional” showed up late after booking an appointment. Then acted as if it was an inconvenience for me to show up for my scheduled time. She DESTROYED my eye brows. I wish I would have never gone there. Can’t even pay to get the eyebrow she destroyed back. Stay away. Please see photo below.
The girl who threads does a wonderful job. I try to always get her. The last time I got the dark haired girl and she was high as a kite. She also messed my brows up. Today I went back hoping t9 see the girl who normally does my brows and thos google said they were open they were not. I waited a while but no one ever came. I just left. Wont go back.
Unreliable customer service. Went to get eyebrows threaded, was told there would be a 30 minute wait. Asked if I needed to add my name to a list, and was told by the associate that she would remember me when I came back. I came back after 30 mins and she was on the 2nd person before me, one before me was there waiting to go next and there were 2 new people that had came in and she proceeded to tell me that I would have to wait until they went. This is such a unprofessional business! Twice i made an appt. for eyelash extensions but left with nothing done. The 1st time i get there and they are closed so i sent them a message and the respond was we had to close due to an emergency so i decided to give it another try. The 2nd time i walked in and they said oh there's nobody here to do that. I was liked what the hell i have an appt. and even got a text to confirm my appt.!
