If there was an option for zero stars, that is what I would give. My husband had his eyebrows threaded by a heavier set African American women. After she was finished she told us it was free due to her being in training. She should have definitely mentioned she was training before she touched his eyebrows. He had very thick eyebrows and she thinned them out so bad!! Eyebrows aren’t even at all!

I give my recent experience a 2 star because both people working were super nice. The one who threaded my brows and lip just seemed in a rush my brows and lip were left with a lot of hairs that didn't get threaded. There wasn't anyone waiting.The other gal was training and so she tried to thread my chin. They didn't charge me for that. And I understand she is learning. I have been mostly happy here in the past. But the good ones don't stick around long.i will be seeking out a new location. Unless Scotty comes back.

I don't know what has happened recently, but the service has gone way downhill the past couple of months. The usual estheticians haven't been there and they have had new/ untrained threaders. I travel 45 minutes once a month for facial threading. April and May's visits were horrible. I won't be going back. There are other establishments in Johnson City that have employees that won’t leave your face raw due to lack of training. Very disappointing because previously everyone had been excellent.

I had a really disappointing experience at Bonita Brow Bar. I went in just wanting a simple clean-up on my eyebrows, but that’s not what I received. My brows aren’t uneven, but they have no curve at all and look nothing like my natural shape. I specifically asked for a clean-up, not a reshape, so it was frustrating to leave with brows that don’t suit my face. I’ve been here multiple times and never had an issues until today. To start off, as my father and I clearly walked in together there were 3 technician and one quickly grabbed my father and started. While I was sitting there waiting, the only two played on their one and hitting their vape in the establishment, which is unprofessional as hell.
