I went to this store on Saturday to buy a formal dress. It was my first time visiting, and there was only one employee working. She was on a personal cell phone call the entire time I was in the store. I walked around trying to choose a few dresses and find my size, and when she asked if I needed help, I said yes and asked if she could assist me once she was off the phone. This place completely ruined what should have been a special moment for a young lady. Instead of excitement, it turned into a nightmare and a nonstop headache. The dishonesty and lack of communication were unbelievable, and both Fatima and the other employees showed unprofessional attitudes from the very start. Their behavior only made an already frustrating situation even worse. Overall, this was an awful experience from beginning to end.

I am submitting this review despite knowing it may not be impactful, given that this establishment has the lowest rating I have ever encountered. The business model employed by this shop appears to be either fundamentally flawed or intentionally designed to facilitate illicit activities, such as money laundering. Located in a public mall, the store lacks clear signage indicating that it operates by appointment only. Would not recommend. We came by to buy 2 dresses around 6 pm and it was closed but they left this note on the door. We bought some other things we needed and came back about an hour later. They were still closed. It’s advertised as open until 9:00 pm. A closed sign would have been much better than a well back later sign when they clearly weren't.
