They have cute dresses, but customer service is horrible! They didnt even call us to tell us our dress was ready, then when I called they couldn't even find our dress, they were so rude about it like it was our fault.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! I’m very disappointed I had called and asked if they rented out dresses the lady said yes over the phone I drive all the way from Glendora when we get there she then says we don’t rent out dresses so I had to purchase full price would not recommend this place. NEVER AGAIN!👎👎👎 horrible customer service as well

Store had no AC and customers were complaining this was on Saturday March 21st. Visited the store again on March 25th still no AC. A health issue for both employees and customers. I became ill from the heat inside the store. Spoke with the manager and she stated it just happened. Offered no discount and charging $100 more for dresses. DO NOT SHOP here! Especially with ALL sales are final! Horrible business!

I’ve shopped here before and loved my previous purchase, so I drove all the way from East LA to West Covina to buy another dress. Unfortunately, when I asked to try it on, I was told I couldn’t because I had to be accompanied by an adult—even though I’m an adult myself. I didn’t receive any help resolving the situation, which was disappointing. I’ll likely take my business elsewhere.
