I m so sad at how Jon treated me on the phone. I was so excited to work with him from the way his daughter was so kind to me on the phone when scheduling and quoting. I had no issue with pricing and paying what his work is worth, but after Jon not showing up for my appointment and I had waited for him and then having him call me and tell me he had work to do and didn t want to waste his time if I misheard what his daughter quoted.
