Total bait and switch scam. They offer specials on social media and you think you’re getting a good deal then drop the bomb on you that you’ll have to pay at least $800 or more to receive a print Oh and just to get the digital copies is $2,500. The staff are friendly enough but the product is not worth it at all. Our metal print arrived dented and we paid over $1,000 for it. A metal print online starts at only $35. Maybe I just don't get it. The staff was nice, but I'm really not seeing the value of the product. I feel like I could be getting a lot more in terms of a finished product. The cordialities like tea and having my name on the chalkboard are not valuable to me. I originally rated them a little higher, but when I responded to their email to tell them the edits look strange, they responded "These were edited to our standards. I "won" a prize but the experience was a little off putting all the ppl were nice just the pics are very pricey and they take a while

Had an amazing time. They were so friendly and professional. My Peyton girl was treated like a 🌟🤩. The pictures came out AMAZING!!! I support this😉 unfortunately the pic I took of the welcome message didn't come out on my phone.

Thank you for our photo shoot yesterday. Your team is amazing and professional. Zalina was full of energy and had a blast. I know she loved playing with the bubbles a lot. Thank you again for making this so easy. Knowing I'm a disabled vet, I'll have cherished memories of my service dog and companion. Thank you, wish we could had gotten all the photos, they were so amazing.
