Another north dallas va that simply does not care. Punch a clock and collect a paycheck and could not care less about providing actual care. Patient advocate also doesn't answer and had no voicemail when I called multiple times. Been in 5 different VA systems and north Dallas VA as a whole is the worst system ever. Plano never answers the phone, Dallas VA hospital will run you around and has canceled multiple appointments day of the appointment, and Bonham doesn't even pretend to care
I'm always amazed at the high level of care I receive.
