The day I bought the car was a smooth process and the salesman and finance manager were great. After that though everything was a nightmare. They failed to add my bank as a lien holder, months go by and nothing is done by them. They said they were going to fix the problem. I followed up numerous times and nothing got done. The general manager never called me back even though I left NUMEROUS messages. The process of buying the car was great. There was only one hiccup, which was the refund for a cancelled extended warranty. When the issue was finally discovered, the refund check was cut very fast . Chad did a great job of helping get the issues fixed
