We bought a Jeep that was 2 years old there. My wife really liked it and we even went with their finance company instead of our bank.(salesman gets around $3000 for that. (I used to work for Toyota Financial). The Jeep had no mats whatsoever in it. It was Royces first sell. I've called at least a dozen times over the last 4 years, and was told everytime that they were sending them. We just paid the Jeep off and are looking to buy a new truck. The sales team was amazing.They bent over backwards to make sure I left with a truck.Finace even maid sure I got a wornty and my price didn't move much.I have been up there for a few things and each time I go its like I am visiting frineds.And thats not just me its other customers that showed up as well.I was surprised at how you cone in and they dont treat you like a sale they treat you like a frined.Up front honest and even tho you may think you want this one thing they will offer you other options with in your price range... read more

Horrible, the first day I drove the jeep it started running bad. Called salesman he said if I brought it back they would plug it in and look but it would cost me. Tried to call sales manager he wouldn't answer or call me back. Talked to service and from what I gathered they had performed extensive repairs on it still no help said I would need to talk to sales manager. Still no call back. Was told if anything happened in the first thousand miles they would help with it. Will never go back or recommend.
