From the moment I met 'Jaden' in sales at 'Bonham Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep' while looking for a new pickup, all the way threw the purchasing process to 'Tony' the GM of the Dealership, was a great experience. The entire staff from sales to finance and the service departments 'ALL', were very knowledgeable and professional making the process very easy. I am not a fan of dodge, Chrysler, Mopar only jeep and with all the engine troubles they have been having with those engines I'm not even sure about those now. The old jeeps were great. But the people who work at this location are good people and work hard to provide great customer services.
They "Dodge" doesn't offer the part I needed except as a $145+/- assembly for a $1 o-ring, the parts man suggested a work around that was perfect for zero dollas since I had RTV on hand.
After some hiccups with the title of my vehicle, Tony the new manager went above and beyond to make things right and make sure everything was actually taken care of.
Bought an amazing Ram dually from Jaden here. Had great service, Jaden was able to answer all my questions, and the price I got it for was the best in Texas. I drove about 500 miles to get it. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a good vehicle at a good price
