After using Bongo for a couple of years, I'm off. Generally poor service, terrible customer service. I should have left months ago.
To be fair, I used this service two years ago, but it looks like not much has changed from reading the recent reviews. It was overall a terrible experience and cost me a fortune. When they had me paying around $160 to ship a Christmas ornament to Europe, I called it quits. Shipping costs were not transparent and the customer service was awful. Site was glitchy too. I remember feeling like the whole thing was a scam. I'm only writing a review now because I've just had a package that was accidentally shipped to them yesterday ... read more
Simply awful. Do not ever use them for anything. They are classic scammers. I could leave pages of details but thats not necessary. Just avoid them like the plague and you will save yourself a lot of trouble.
