After using Bongo for a couple of years, I'm off. Generally poor service, terrible customer service. I should have left months ago.
To be fair, I used this service two years ago, but it looks like not much has changed from reading the recent reviews. It was overall a terrible experience and cost me a fortune. When they had me paying around $160 to ship a Christmas ornament to Europe, I called it quits. Shipping costs were not transparent and the customer service was awful. Site was glitchy too. Simply awful. Do not ever use them for anything. They are classic scammers. I could leave pages of details but thats not necessary. Just avoid them like the plague and you will save yourself a lot of trouble.
