This Dr is like none I’ve ever seen..doesn’t order her own blood work mri etc could careless about possible underlying causes for seizure disorder and just wants to prescribe meds and send you on your way. Extremely dismissive when expressing concern about medicine reactions (and not just one) claiming you can’t be allergic to all these!? Claiming lymes doesn’t cause seizures (maybe if you’ve had it for a long time it does??) this woman just wants to say this is it take your meds an be on your way. Dr. Bonjiovani was the mainstay in our care for my deceased husband Rick. She is kind, compassionate, extremely competent and a listener. Parkinsons is not easy. She helped both Rick and I. Thank you

Dr Bongiovanni quickly diagnosed my 80+ yr old father with dementia after he had fallen and was confused. She did not order a CT scan and rejected any questions I had concerning the speed at which his dementia had progressed. Afterward we had to rush him to the hospital and a MASSIVE BRAIN BLEED was discovered . My father needed an immediate craniotomy. There is a reason why it is easy to get an appointment with Dr B.
Practice is a joke unless you want to deal with a rude staff be prepared for an unpleasant experience
Dr. Bongiovanni is exactly what a doctor should be. She quickly and accurately diagnosed and treated my painful, persistent and somewhat unusual condition - something that two of her alleged peers had been unable to do after months! She also gets my highest marks for scheduling, courtesy and her willingness and ability to actually listen to and interact with her patients.
Dr.Bongiovanni is an all business,direct,straight-to-the-point physician.But,she is also very compassionate,understanding and sees the "big picture". Highly recommended.
