I had a good experience. No complaints. I was in and out and everyone was very professional. I'm actually am going to making yet another visit within the next couple of days.
my gosh, real Bad! got me false blood test result, it showed i got HepC, that made me worry alot, and caused me headache with serious heartburn. the staff try to take money from pts. I rechecked 2 times at kelsey seybold clinic, everything is normal. i paid hundred bucks but not talked to dr Mui Bong, just his assistants. i dont know how he looks like! Damn, give my health back! i'm healthy but after anual health check from his office i have had a disease...
Office looks new remodeled....front office staff very nice and helpful...seems like under new management....overall good experience....Lady doctor was very nice and so the rest of the staff.
Had no problem with the doctor but the front office and staff is very bad.
Do not go to this doctor. The wait time with an appointment can be up to 2 hours. If you don't have an appointment you can be there all day waiting. The customer service is horrible and they prescribe meds that have nothing to do with your issue. Stay away from this doctor
