Super friendly staff. A well-run chiropractic practice. I like that there are no set appointment times but there is never a great wait. Kent's adjustments work for me.
My feedback is for the Jindalee location that not surprisingly shut down. The encouragement to get close/arms on each other’s towels due to an overfull class was not appreciated considering we are all flooding out sweat. Incredibly unhygienic. I also had to lay down flat one class due to feeling I would pass out & the female instructor ordered me to stand back up quite aggressively while disrupting the class to order me up. Disappointing First Visit – Would Not Recommend I recently visited Bonfire Chiropractic as a new client and was thoroughly disappointed. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, setting a negative tone from the outset. The chiropractor was over 30 minutes late for my scheduled appointment and came across as extremely rude. Yesterday evening I registered my interest in the $39 two-session new patient offer, expecting to receive an email with further information. Instead, in just over 12 hours I received a text message, two emails, two phone calls and a voicemail, all trying to book an appointment and all before 9.30am this morning. As a result, I feel nothing but pressured and harassed without having yet set foot in the practice.
