Disappointing First Visit – Would Not Recommend I recently visited Bonfire Chiropractic as a new client and was thoroughly disappointed. The front desk staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming, setting a negative tone from the outset. The chiropractor was over 30 minutes late for my scheduled appointment and came across as extremely rude. Yesterday evening I registered my interest in the $39 two-session new patient offer, expecting to receive an email with further information. Instead, in just over 12 hours I received a text message, two emails, two phone calls and a voicemail, all trying to book an appointment and all before 9.30am this morning. Its frustrating how the quality of Chiropractors fell. I think chiro at this place can now be marked down to blue collar as they hustle you now for payment plan instead of discussing the treatment or diagnosis or actually treating a patient. Worst place for chiro as they made the 2nd consultation just to discuss what are my answers/options in regards to payment plan. (This is part of your 2 sessions $39 promotion) as they say it. I migrated to this yoga studio after I became disenchanted with the repetitive, oppressive style espoused by other Yoga studios. Bonfire offers an abundance of choices of classes for therapeutic and Pilates. I'm a registered physiotherapist, so I also appreciate that some of the staff, including Dr.Tspley were available to instruct classes. I've never received chiropractor services from Aaron, but I understand how this modality of therapy is complementary to physiotherapy.
