Very high priced! $350/hour rate they told me they charge after the job was done...which is crazy! At the time the work was being done, they promised me an invoice breakdown cost of labor and parts...never provided me one and have now said they don't provide that detail. How? Water heater plumbing failed inspection from the city. There are cheaper and better places to work with out there. Everyone I talk to in the business says I was ripped off.
