The customer service was AMAZING, but the food... not so much. Everyone should try it and form an opinion for themselves.
We moved to Rome in June and B&G opened in September. One of the places that we have found here in Rome that made it worth moving to is Bonez & Gristles BBQ. We had the traditional blackeyed peas and collard greens today but instead of slaving over a meat dish we went to B&G and got us a slab of ribs.
