Manager changed my term on loan without me catching it in the speed round I was given on paperwork. Wasn't as nice when I brought it to his attention. Sales man admit I told him didn't want a extra 12 months to save 10 bucks and sales man told me I didn't want to do that for a few bucks I agreed . then when he wasn't getting the vib and service plan he wanted me to get he drop the pice I thought but instead added a year to my loan.
