Travis was amazing. He jumped to help me with an issue I had with my tow bar even though I wasn’t a current customer. He wouldn’t take payment and was super friendly and full of great information. I’ll be coming here with any tow bar or roof rack needs in the future. Thanks heaps mate.
Bonetig's did a great job of installing a tow-bar on my BYD Atto 3 however I wanted to give them a review when I had an issue with the towbar they were very helpful looking at this issue, fixed it without question and at no extra cost. Great after sales service.
Highly recommend Great service, very helpful & professional. The guys fixed a bent axle on my trailer that was thought to be a write off. The job was complete well ahead of when I expected Same recommendation after a second visit (different trailer) to replace a complete axle that was torn off in heavy 4WD conditions- great advice on how to recover the trailer & get it to the workshop
Would never recommend them, very unprofessional from our experience and not competent with all vehicle towbar installations.
