The service from Wayne is always second to none, at very reasonable prices. Definitely somewhere you will go back to if you give this place a try. From a novice biker, and now a repeat customer.
Wayne has definitely gained another customer on top of very satisfied thousands he already has. He’s been great servicing my ebike only doing what it needs rather than ripping off like most other places do. I collected my bike as promised and it’s like a new bike and he was extremely fair with pricing. Don’t get many like this guy these days. Can’t recommend him enough. I will be a regular going to Boneshaker from now on

Passing through Hereford on a bike trip and my front disc break had an issue. Wayne in the shop was really helpful and put the bike up on a stand and sorted out the issue in a few minutes. Thanks matey.
Last weekend I was riding a Glorious Gravel & MTB event started to get my bike ready a coupe of days before realising I hardly had any back brakes. Messaged Wayne giving him very short notice but top man squeezed me in on his very busy schedule. Fitted me new pads and gave my bike a quick once over so really appreciated his service.
