First class work! My mother-in-law came into town and had a large dent in the passenger door of her brand-new car. Called Jim, the owner, and he took the car in that day, and even took me to a local waterfront restaurant for lunch to wait while he fixed the dent. Work was perfect, and she was able to continue her trip. Service like this is rare!
Jim was absolutely incredible to deal with from the start. He took time to thoroughly answer my questions, followed up with earlier appointment days that became available, and made sure I knew how the process worked. Not only did his professionalism and business etiquette ‘wow’ me, his work completely exceeded my expectations. The repair on my wife’s car was completed flawlessly and we could not be happier. A+ 10/10 work. Highly recommend!
