I have been a customer for many, many years. We've tried other companies here and there, but haven't found anything that has enough flavor without being overpoweringly sweet. Customer service has always been amazing, so I couldn't honestly ask for better. Thank you!
I ordered a variety pack from Bones Coffee Co. to try some new coffee flavors for the first time. Exotic snack foods and drinks are something I’m into and I wanted to give them a try. I am impressed by the accuracy of each flavor profile. My personal favorite was Highland Grog (Butterscotch caramel) and it gives off a great scent when I’m brewing my beverages each morning. Bones has the best coffee and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My gf made a bulk order of bones coffee for us online because we really liked the one we bought at the store but apple pay reverted to an old address out of state. Despite the mistake being entirely our fault, bones took care of us and sent us a replacement order the same day… companies don’t do that anymore but they did! we will both be lifelong customers now for sure. that is some good stuff from good people at a good company. ↕️ i had to share
