I hear the hinge doors are fine but the pivot is pure junk. We bought for our personal home. $10,000 door, expected great quality. Pure junk, won't close most days. Can't lock up at night. It was installed by local Pella franchise and they have adjusted it 8 times and honestly it just keeps getting worse! Can not stress enough do not equate this company with Pella quality. They do not stand up! FYI: New home, moved in three months ago. This isn't even an age thing. And the age thing really scares me.
Tried to contact customer service for the last couple of weeks, no call back, just got an email to send pictures and order number which i did weeks ago. Will never buy another Pella/ bonelli product again.
