Called and placed a to go order approx 4:05 pm and was told the order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived about 20 minutes later and was told they did not have my order and would fix it right away. I agreed, walked around the shopping plaza for 20 minutes and returned. yet again my order was not ready but they required I pay for the order at that time, then 30 minutes later my order was ready.
