It had been a long time since I been to Bonefish I used to take my mom there she liked it. The bang bang shrimp was good although they threw in some just batter pieces which was not good. I ordered the lobster soup which I did not enjoy much I have tasted better. All the while having dinner I kept seeing other customers get a plate of bread finally I decided to ask...do you have to order bread or supposed to get it? Wanted to call out the exceptional service that we received tonight at our visit to BoneFish/Lancaster. Nylah was/is a fabulous server, both attentive and responsive. In addition to Nylah, apparently the dish that we ordered was noticed as not up to their standards which delayed our food just a bit. The memorable part was that Josiah Carl, one of the managers, came to let us know what had happened and offered a complimentary dessert. Dan M at the Lancaster bonefish was very attentive during the event. I usually seat at the bar when I come to bonefish but I'll definitely sit in Dan M section next time I stop in.
Came in for dinner and had Dan as our server. He was very attentive to our needs and made our night very memorable. Will be back again!
