We love bonefish and frequent often, our server was great. However, the amount of gnats they have there is alarming, they’re even in the bathroom. We spent a lot of time swatting them while eating… ruined the experience. Hope they take care of that problem.
I love Bonefish Grill and I haven't been here in a couple of years. I was quite surprised that the utensils and plates were actually dirty and fruit flies/gnats were flying all around the food. There was also a piece of plastic in my nieces jasmin rice. The place seemed unkempt. The computer monitor by the bathroom was filthy and there a floor mat on a chair! This was disappointing and I hope things will get better because the food is always delicious.
