Very disappointed! Both my wife and i food arrive very cold. When the food was sent back we it took for ever to come back to us and it was still cold. I order surf and turf and the steak was a piece of sirloin.
My girlfriend and I stopped by Bonefish on a Saturday night, in which case it was quite busy, but nothing out of the ordinary. After getting seated, where we only had one silverware setting, out waitress came to take our drink order. We ordered wine but we were not brought any water. So that's two checks against Bonefish... Bonefish Grill is outstanding! If you are going to go to Bonefish Grill then it is a must that you order their Bang Bang shrimp! Their fish is fresh and outta this world, and you can't go wrong ordering any of their cocktails!!! Great before a night out or date night!
When I first pulled up to Bonefish first thought honestly was another cookie cutter chain. BOY!!!! was I completely wrong. The mood got e quiet, calm, relaxing. Going Downhill – It was my favorite restaurant until a couple months ago when we were seated and waited for fifteen minutes without ever even meeting a server! People were being served all around us and no one ever said a thing to us... not even the manager that was going around asking people about their food and service.
