We had such a bad experience! We went June 20,2021 it took 20 min for our drinks they also ran out of crab cakes,lobster,spinach etc the rice was gummy! the broccoli was hard and we had reservations for 7:00,the poor waitress was very apologetic!
Went to celebrate with a graduation dinner & service was awful! Part of the group did not get their appetizer or any bread after waiting for over an hour, staff told them they didn’t have what they wanted to order but they clearly did because we had it at our table. NO drink refills, several orders were wrong(Cobb salad with NO meat), no one cleared the dirty dishes from the table. I had to repeatedly ask for everything. I had to ask for dishes for dessert. Picked up my order on Sunday. The fish was very thin with thick crispy batter drenched in greasy oil. Have been sick with upset stomach for two days. The fish used to be the best I had ever eaten. But now it's the worst.
Normally I would give it 5 stars but I was taken aback that we could not use a coupon because we were not dining in. We are senior citizens and cannot take the chance during this pandemic. But the server who brought our curbside delivery to us said he got the bad news from the manager himself! That coupon expires Dec 31st and I will not have a chance to use it now. Tonight when I went with 2 friends to Bonefish Grill and while 2 of us waited in the tent for someone to come and tell us where to sit the person who I spoke to came and was very rude and reprimanded us for setting down, which we didn’t do, and I told her we didn’t sit down but she wasn’t listening and went on to tell us that all 3 of us need to come in and check in. I pointed out to her that it was difficult for my 93 yr old friend, who uses a cane, to walk up the ramp and back to be seated but insisted we had to do that.... read more
