We love to go to the trinity Bonefish grill- I have a few bad allergies. We always ask for Megin or Tawny, they are both spectacular, they always take amazing care of us and I know that the food will be exactly the way I like it to be. They deserve 100 stars, they are both knowledgeable, caring, and very professional.
WE HAD A NICE LITTLE CELEBRATION FOR MOTHER'S DAY YESTERDAY. EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL ON PAR. A GOOD TIME WAS HAD BY ALL. STAFF AND FOOD, AND DRINKS WERE OUTSTANDING. I'LL BE BACK.
Our server was wonderful. Before finisihi ng my entree i was offered a dessert and it arrive in perfect timing. my kids loved our visit but enjoyed our server more. Brad and a yound lady helping him made our experience delightful
Went to dinner with the family and had excellent service by a man named brad. Very polite and sekivered all entrees on time. Pleasnt young. Man
Very disappointed! Both my wife and i food arrive very cold. When the food was sent back we it took for ever to come back to us and it was still cold. I order surf and turf and the steak was a piece of sirloin.
We just left Bonefish after a remarkably poor experience. After taking one bite it was clear my fish was spoiled. After spitting it out in my napkin, I realized the whole fish smelled. The server took it back and that was the last we saw of her. Another server finished up and no one from the kitchen or management came back to apologize until shortly before we left when I asked our replacement server what happened. They do not honor reservations. It is 1st come 1st serve. Have been there 3 times, each time 45 m to hour wait even with reservations. Food average. There are too many other restaurants in the area with better service. Avoid at all cost
WAS my favorite restaurant in lexington,ky. BUT something has gone quite wrong on past 2 visits. Salmon was over cooked, crab chowder was all potato, crabcakes were wet not moist and service was mediocre. I'm afraid we won't be darkening their doorway anytime soon
A Literal Disaster! We were craving seafood and thinking Bristol's, however, made the huge mistake giving Bonefish another chance. What happened to this place? As a professional courtesy, we reported our poor dinner experience to their manager Maureen since it has been a reoccurring issue during business and family outings.
