My wife and I ate here last Friday evening, for the first time. While the atmosphere is cozy and romantic, we found the dinner portions to be ridiculously tiny. We tried the fish sampler dinner for two, thinking that we would each get a plate of the four fish samples. However, they only serve one plate for you to share, with tiny portions of fish. I for one, do not understand the bad reviews of Bonefish at Harbour Point location. I have been there for dinner 5 times and each time I had an excellent time. The food has always been great, the servers have been friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere relaxed. I have always gone on a Friday or Saturday evening and have always had a reservation, and seated within 10 minutes of arrival. The food is always good but they need to work on their customer service (i.e waitstaff and hostesses).
Bad Bad service. Been going to this restaurant since they opened am a regular customer. the food is great if you can overlook the bad service. I dont know what happened, they started out so good and for the past several months i dont know where they are finding their employees, special waiter named Craig, if you have a choice dont get seated in his section. a favourite. – I love that this location is so close to my house. My wife and I like going at least once a month. The staff is knowlegable and attentive. The food is always perfectly prepared and delivered at the exact right time. great happy hour specials, bang bang shrimp should be illegal its so good. This location runs like a swiss watch. I've been a dozen times and they never miss a beat.
Umm .... I don't think so.... – My $16.50 fish came cold, and the manager comped it. Nice touch? Well, we waited for a 1/2 hour to GET our food. Everything here was over-salted, and the sauces over-sugared. It's a shame that the food has to be pandered this way. I was hoping for more out of this chain, but I've lost faith in these places. Great Experience – I recently had reservations for 21 people to celebrate my girlfriend's surprise/birthday and surprise Proposal party. They had everything set up, the food, the service was excellent. They let me bring in a birthday cake and a surprise proposal cupcake for my girlfriend. I couldn't of asked for better service and also making this a very good event. UTTERLY DISGUSTING!! The night started out great. We were seated fast with a reservation. The waitress was knowledgeable and fast. Our apps arrived hot and everything was going great until a huge roach decided to take a shortcut across our table. I immediately called the hostess, who in turn ran and got the manager. Would not go back. – My husband and I had heard so many good things about Bonefish Grill, we decided to give it a try. We went on a Wednesday night. The waitress was hell bent for fury and insisting we try the bang bang shrimp of which we did not. I ordered the Tuna Appetizer and Hubby ordered the bacon wrapped scallops.
