The entire family got glasses 4 pair to be exact and our insurance was billed accordingly. The problem is my bifocal the line is not straight and I have been trying to get them to replace the one lens to not prevail. Secondly my one sons glasses the nose piece fell off his glasses after 2 days and cannot get them to fix it either.
