BEWARE!!! this place is horrible there is a poor senior dog that stays in the office and Bonnie (the manager) complains when she has to take him to potty he's a sweetheart and i feel so sorry for him.. And when pet parents board their babies and bring there own bedding they throw blankets in the kennels that are old and rusted by the way they don't give them their own bedding.. Love bringing my pups here and have been a customer for over 10 years with 3 different pups! Their prices are very fair and I always feel my dogs are safe and well cared for! Always so shocked how the staff always remember my dogs first and last name! It's crazy how good their memory is!
Bone on the Bayou is amazing! My 2 current dogs attend daycare, grooming and boarding here, and one of my previous dogs did the same. The staff is amazing! They truly love the dogs, and its like they are part of the family!
My puppy loves coming to day care and loves staying for boarding! The staff is great and very caring for one another and for the puppies.
I can’t recommend Bone on the Bayou enough. Piper absolutely loved going there. She would hop down the sidewalk as soon as she realized we were headed to daycare, which says everything. The staff always knew her by name and cared for her so genuinely. I could feel how loved she was every time I dropped her off, and that meant so much to me. She would come home happy, tired, and clearly well cared for.
