It was a great experience and the dr explained in terminology I could understand.
Doctors & their assistants take time to explain things & answer any questions I have.
Physicians Assistant, K. Brost and the back office staff in the walk-in clinic were awesome, 5 stars!! The front desk staff deserves 1 star. Please consider rotating out the front desk staff for someone under 50 with a helpful and respectful demeanour, who actually wants to greet the patient- not hide behind their computers like the very mature staff currently employed in Medford, WI.
