I looked online for an Orthopedic Injury Clinic that was open late do to work schedule. This clinic is not what's advertised on their website. Only the security gaurd knew where to send me. Once I registered at the outpatient desk I waited for 2 hours. The reason for the wait is the ER personal is who runs it. The website says they will streamline the process and get you a next day appointment if referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon. Still have not received an appointment. It’s not necessarily a walk in clinic. I went and they put me in a dark hallway with rooms and X-ray rooms where I had to wait a whole hour for a ER doctor to come do a 2 min feel test on my ankle. The doctor did not listen to concerns. I tried to explain to him I had significant leg pain and he ignored me and just ordered a X-ray for my foot which took another 30 min to wait for. Not a walk in clinic
The description is misleading. Turns out you have to have a referral, despite the description not referring to anything about a referral. It also says it's a more cost efficient way to been seen and evaluated for an injury than an Urgent Care or ER visit.
