Dr. Tawakkol put the wrong hip hardware in my hip and it kept dislocating and after 6 months he did a hip revision surgery and damaged a nerve in my leg and now I have drop foot! I still have to use a cane to walk after 8 months!
Lady at the desk was rude and abusive.
Yes...the lady at the desk was rude! This place is filthy too! Used both bathrooms...dirty, No toilet paper, No paper towels. Toilets were filthy with feces on the lid. This is a medical institution and can't believe it!
