Absolutely AMAZING people! Treated my knees with no judgment about weight and was very informative moving forward with osteoarthritis treatments and wright loss. Better than ANY orthopedics Dr I've been to!
Never been to a worse place! Basically told me deal with the pain. Had a letter sent to me by my primary doctor that came about from a random x-ray. My doctor told me in the letter that the information was going to the bone and joint center. They didn't call and they don't care. Made a appointment and they call days later stating they don't take blue cross. Any true to that? I'll find out. Either way p.a is ok but my doctor is awful!!!
My experience with bone and joint was less than poor. Staff would never return my call and at times were very rude. Definitely need some overhaul of their procedures
