I have used this company for 15 years but it seems quality has bottomed out. They charged me $7000 to install drain tiles and cover Walls with cracks. My drywall guys found obvious cracks in wall left by them. I bought and installed panels myself so that drywallers could finish. I sent pictures and copy reciept for $300 dollars where I covered walls 100% which is what they should have done but I was only asking for $38 to cover the crack that they missed . Had our crawspace fully encapsulated, got it all done in less than half a day, left things just as clean as before they showed up. Friendly crew, showed up on time. Even called hours after to make sure we were happy with the work. Great company would suggest them to anyone needing any type of water proofing.
My basement was a mess, but Bone Dry has solved the problem! Every time it rained, I’d get a flood of water and mud pouring into my basement, but not any longer. Caleb and crew did a great job, were respectful and professional, worked hard to minimize the mess, and cleaned up beautifully. I am so very pleased with the finished result! Thanks, Bone Dry!

I renovate homes and used Best Waterproofing to do a basement in one of my homes. I had a leak after I had completed the house and was quite upset. I called and they responded immediately. Tim assured me that everything would be corrected at no charge because they guarantee their work. After arriving and investigating the cause, he discovered that it was not a waterproofing issue but that my condensation pipe had leaked. This is a great outfit. Tim showed up to give an estimate when he said he would and he gave me a quick and clear estimate which I accepted. He and his men arrived when they said they would and knocked out the job in a timely manner. His men were polite and courteous. They cleaned up the work space. I would not hesitate to use them again.
