We are SO GRATEFUL we went with Bruce. The price was good, but beyond that, the service has been top notch. Whenever we've had issues or questions (years after the work was done!) he's been incredibly responsive and helpful. He takes such good care of his clients. In fact, I'm writing this review now because he's downstairs helping us sort out an issue as I write this. I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Bruce at Bone Dry has been so exceptional that I am compelled to write. I was having an issue with water getting into my home in Mt. Laurel despite a French drain in place that runs along the exterior foundation. Bruce was quick to point out that Bone Dry doesn't do exterior work, and he gave me a recommendation for another company that does. from Craig S.( Mt. Laurel, NJ) we had a basement window well that would always fill up when it rained. The water would fill up like a fish aquarium and leak into the basement. It was very stressful. We hired Bruce and he installed a drainage system for our basement. The work was completed all in the same day. Even when it rains all day, that window doesn't have a drop of water. We bought our home in 1986 and, very shortly after, came to the conclusion that we needed a new basement perimeter drain (a.k.a. French drain) and sump pump system to replace the existing one that was failing. We contracted with Bone Dry and their work of that time has served well since. Bone-Dry Waterproofing is an excellent company, I would highly recommend it to any person that needs their service. Another company wanted to charge me $20,000 just to replace a damage pump and unclog the french drain. Bruce charge was very reasonable.
