Fantastic experience - Highly Recommend for water damage mitigation and restoration. We had an emergency water leak that flooded our kitchen and garage. The Bone Dry team helped with all our water mitigation needs. They were fast, professional, and thorough.
Failed to respond to several attempts at contact. I was asked twice regarding availability for a quote, replied both times, and have since been ignored with four follow-up attempts. I attempted to call within business hours, but the phone line went to voice mail. I am hoping for contact back. Thank you.
A very disappointing experience with Bone Dry. I needed my rug cleaned as it was obviously dirty and had a musty odor. Picked up my rug and when I layed it back on my floor I noticed there was no difference - it still looked dirty and furthermore it still smells. I talked to the owner and I was advised I had purchased a "basic cleaning' as opposed to a "deep cleaning" service. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful. From booties on the feet and extremely quiet machinary, to expedient in and out, they are professional. Plus, their dry as a bone has minimal wait time for “dry as a bone.” After relocating, I had carpets cleaned pre-move in. Vast difference, I am extremely happy. Will use for all my needs.
I couldn't be happier with the work done by Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning. The crew did a great job dealing with a couple of difficult carpet stains and my kitchen tile and grout look new again! Crystal was professional and easy to communicate with and always responded in a timely manner.
