I originally decided to come here because they are apart of the AAP (Association of Professional Piercers) which made me more comfortable about their piercers and jewelry. I had an amazing experience here with Brenna. She is so kind, honest, patient, and gentle. My daughter, the chicken girl (Brenna knows) went here and had scar tissue from a pervious ear peircing gone wrong. I waited a year for her ears to heal before taking her back in to get them re-done. Ashley was on time and efficient - she is kind, patient, and helped me curate my ear for new piercings. She did the thirds & the hidden helix for me today. I loved her suggestions and am happy with my new piercings! Even with her awesome customer service, I ended my appt 10 minutes early
Their strange obsession with getting customers (or maybe just me?) to book an appointment for a quick piercing install is very weird. Went in on Monday 07/06 with my 2 friends about 15 minutes before closing and my friend was able to get a replacement piercing and install right then and there, only took about 5-10 minutes. I contemplated about getting my jewelry piece at that time as Dakota did offer an install in that moment but as we were approaching closing time she was definitely in a rush to get us out of there and cons... read more
