Nurses and Dr. Camren were incredibly helpful and a delight for both me and my mom. However, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. I hope the balance between the back-of-house and front-of-house staff can be improved with better employees.
Braden and Karen have been absolutely fantastic to work with. The entire experience has been completely professional and the concern of healing has been fantastic. Definitely would recommend this facility for those in need of rehabilitation.
Karen at the front desk is a literal angel on earth! She was so patient and kind answering my million questions as a scared parent with our childs injury. Karen went above and beyond for us! Bone and Joint Brentwood is lucky to have the perfect person at the front desk!
The physical therapist I had was amazing and I give her 5 stars. The reason I'm leaving a 4 star review is based off the unprofessional behavior of a front desk employee. After my session, this employee didn't realize I was still sitting in the lobby waiting for my ride, when she proceeded to talk about me to the physical therapist in a demeaning way and loud enough that everyone in the lobby heard it.
