Braden was very engaged and an excellent listener. The facility is first class and was spotless.
For the most part, I have always enjoyed using bone and joint for physical therapy. The actual therapy has been great scheduling is where my frustration is. I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment and called to change it the lady I talked to said she would change it so I showed up at the changed time. The only time they had me scheduled for was the original scheduled appointment not where I called to change it to. I am not sure where the mixup was but she told me my time got changed so I showed up when she told me sh... read more
