I sought physical therapy due to a moderate tear to the meniscus of my right knee. Before I began PT, my pain level was a 12 out of 10. I was walking with a limp I hurt so bad. I began physical therapy with Gabriella Juoza-Clark on June 15, 2026. I could barely make it up and down the 3 flights of stairs of my apartment complex.
