This review is for the urgent care specifically. I visited the Brentwood location this week. In addition to the entire visit taking over 2 hours, my 8 year old was misdiagnosed. I brought her in with a knee injury. X-rays were taken. The PA examined her and reviewed the X-rays and sent us home with a diagnosis of a patellar tendon strain. On the drive home, the PA called saying he reviewed the X-rays with his pediatric partner and then told me my daughter had a fractured patella. I had so many new questions. I took my 92 year old mother to this facility for severe pain, inflamation, and excessive fluid in her knee, and I have to say this was an exceptional visit with an exceptional staff. I personally want to thank Karen, Stunnie, Megan, and Brandon. Karen and Stunnie greeted us with warmth and kindness, extra assistance with the necessary required documents, and wheelchair transportation in and out of the facility. I've had chronic knee pain that was indicated as a joint effusion from xrays done at my PCP, and I went to PT for it. After a couple years, the pain has continued or worsened, and my knee has buckled or locked quite a few times recently, so my PCP recommended I make an appt here. My appt was rushed, and I felt as if my issue wasn't important, or brushed off. It was difficult to advocate for myself, even with asking questions about my symptoms. I had never heard of the Bone and Joint Institute until I fell off a ladder back in June of 2025. I had such a wonderful experience that I decided to go to their physical therapy location at Creekside in Brentwood. What a blessing to be treated by their team of Maggie,Paige,Gabby,and Braiden. While they were all so good, Maggie was my primary therapist. She did a remarkable job getting me back to normal. I just got released today December 1st 2025. The PA available (Cameron Greene) was overtly unconcerned with my pain levels, condition, and overall wellbeing. He seemed to think I shouldn't be seeking additional medical advice (despite being told i should by a separate physician) and suggested I was perfectly fine despite not being able to stand for 5 minutes with out relatively severe pain. I would not visit this clinic.
