They are not honest. Service department is charging for services and parts not rendered. Finance is creating contracts for things declined but adding back when purchasing new car. My only suggestion when buying a car from there when reading the contract have it printed to sign. If you sign online they can alter the contract online after you have signed. From the sales department to the service department, from the general manager down on, they are liars and thieves who will rob you blind and then scream in your face if you turn out not to be a trusting fool.
Thank you all so much for helping my daughter purchase her first car. I will say this car buying experience was one of the best ones we have had at a car dealership. We actually left feeling good about the purchase and felt they were very transparent in everything during the process. Got my first Oil Change @ Lupient on my Frontier S, Got home checked the Oil 1/2 Quart Over filled. ( above the bend on the oil dipstick ! Mike Lynch 2025 Nissan Frontier S I will not be back !
We had a great experience with Harbor Nissan George Muentes listened to our needs and was NOT pushy. He answered all our questions and even texted us with all new updates on lease car we turned in and the used car we purchased.
The gist of this review is that my engine failed and had to be replaced but since the car is under warranty and I don't have to pay for it, they will not do the work. They are not honoring the warranty agreement. I recently bought my first Nissan. It's less than 2 years old but the engine completely failed while I was driving it on H-1 and I had it towed to New City Nissan to repair since it is still under warranty.
