I dropped my loader off for repair on 9/9/25. The machine was purchased new at Bondys by the company I purchased it from used. I had a 3rd party warranty from Herc Rentals where I purchased the machine. Herc contacted Bondys service manager and explained the situation with the warranty and the service manager said he was willing to work with Herc and the warranty company so I brought the machine to Bondys. Love the place itself! Young brown haired man Donald or Dalton was very nice. only issue I personally had was how another young blonde haired man Chad got aggravated fairly quickly, needs to work on his attitude!
Great buying experience . I was shopping zero turns and chainsaws and Bondy sold me both. They treated me well and what little service I have needed was easy and quick.
Great service! Dropped off my L4760 mid-morning on Tuesday, work completed Wednesday afternoon. Travis was great as an advisor, and Gabe showed me the trick to get the king pins to take grease. Price was less than I thought it would be. I will be using them for all my service from now on, well worth the trip!
