It was my first time using Bondy’s Ford Service Dept, and it was a great experience! The work performed on my vehicle was timely and affordable, and service writer Lori was awesome and very communicative every step of the way, and I love the Ford Valet service. Very convenient for those of us that work during the day. 5-stars! Will be returning again!
Great service center. Robert was very concerned and connected well with a warranty issues I had. David, the service writer returned calls and made sure the truck went thru quickly. Very professional. Worth the hour and half drive from Panama city

Had a warranty issue with one of my rims that i needed addressed. Called and spoke with The service department and they were able to get everything taken care of for me with ease. Definitely would recommend Bondys for any service needs you have.
