We took our bronco in for a recall repair. We have another issue with a noise the car makes when in reverse. We asked if they could tell us what was causing the noise and if they could, call and let us know before making any repairs. The service dept called to tell us the noise was the result of an issue that was known by Ford and had had a TSB issued but it was out of the time frame to get it fixed by warranty.
