Yesterday I had my wife's Expedition serviced at Bondy’s Ford! I was first in line and as the doors opened for service, I drove in and a young man by the name of “Dustin Whitman”, a Service Advisor met me with a smile and was just as genuine, courteous & knowledgeable as one could be. Emailed several times to get a out the door price, salesman refused to lower 1 dollar on a used vehicle that has been on the lot for several months, sales manager emailed back they he would lower it 100 dollars. This all conspired because I said I was just gonna bring a check for the vehicle instead of doing financing with them
