Absolutely fantastic apartment complex with Radford’s best leasing agents. Always super responsive, polite, and makes sure they go above and beyond for there residents. Would suggest leasing with them to all students and families looking for a leasing agency that cares.
I’ve lived in a Bondurant property for two years now and I love it! They are always super polite and helpful- the few issues have I have experienced, were fixed in 24 hours or less.

Stay far away. My daughter rented a property with this company and moved in and the state of the rental was rather poor. Prior to moving out, she spent hours cleaning the property and ensuring it was clean. However, she received only $50 back on her security deposit due to small cleaning fees and nitpicking an already filthy apartment. When calling to inquire about this issue, the phone receptionist stated my daughter had “an attitude”. Over the span of 5 years I have rented with multiple different companies, but Bondurant is definitely the best one by far. Their prices are very reasonable considering it is a college town, the apartments are consistently in great condition, the staff is so helpful/communicative, and the locations of their properties are unbeatable. They made the application, leasing, living and move out process extremely easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the leasing and maintenance team!
