Poorly run and never came for any repairs during my son’s 1 year lease. Things were broken the whole time including a bedroom window that wouldn’t even close. Upon move out they charged almost $1400 for repairs that should have been fixed during the lease term. I can understand a cleaning fee and minor stuff but charging for normal wear and tear items along with unfinished work orders is unacceptable! Renters BEWARE of the scam.
Julie was awesome! Me and my daughter had the best experience looking at apartments and choosing one with Julie. She was the best. There was never a time that we could not get ahold of her or that she didn't meet us at the exact time that she said that she would be at one of the apartments that we were looking at. Absolutely fantastic apartment complex with Radford’s best leasing agents. Always super responsive, polite, and makes sure they go above and beyond for there residents. Would suggest leasing with them to all students and families looking for a leasing agency that cares.
I’ve lived in a Bondurant property for two years now and I love it! They are always super polite and helpful- the few issues have I have experienced, were fixed in 24 hours or less.
Find another leasing company ASAP!!!
