I recently had a laparoscopy and salpingectomy with Dr Sheppard and couldn’t be more grateful for her care. She explained everything so clearly and made a complex process feel simple. What really stood out was her warmth and genuine compassion, especially when we spoke about my fertility challenges. Dr Sheppard and the reception team made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I’m incredibly thankful.

I highly recommend Dr Sheppard and Bondi Women's Health. Dr Sheppard is warm, compassionate, and calm. She explained everything thoroughly and has a gentle touch and high skill level. I am a nervous patient, but I found her manner so reassuring, and the procedure pain free, that I forgot to be anxious. The practice staff are also excellent. I have been seeing Dr Won for about 15 years now and she has always been so gentle and caring regarding my care. Last week she performed a Laparoscopy and the entire process has been smoother than I could have hoped. My scars are healing well and my pain has been minimal. Her receptionist Natasha has also been very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I've had regarding my procedure. I highly recommend Dr Won and her team.

Paid $560 and never received results. Do not go to this clinic. My wife went to Bondi Women’s Health to see Dr Shannon Zawada for a fee of $560. It has been months and the clinic is still unable to provide the results. The clinic has been both unhelpful and largely unresponsive claiming it is no longer their issue as the doctor has changed clinics. The worst experience I have ever had with a clinic. I walked in with my GP's referral to make an appointment with Dr. Won in June. There was only one girl at the reception on the day and I handed my referral to her asking if I could see Dr. Won. She told me the only available time she could give to me is on the 28th July. I was Ok-ed and confirmed the date and time. As she kept my referral paper, I asked her if she would email or text me for a confirmation so I could put in my calendar. She said she would.
