I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I took the time to research carefully before asking my GP for a referral to Dr Sheppard and even took a full day off work to travel 70min one-way and attend this appointment. Dr Sheppard recently performed my laparoscopy and I felt like I was in very safe hands! In our initial appointment Dr Sheppard was so warm and compassionate, and I felt very heard and understood by her. My surgery and recovery went as smoothly as possible. As an anxious patient Dr Sheppard made the whole process as comfortable as possible. I could not recommend her highly enough!

I recently had a laparoscopy and salpingectomy with Dr Sheppard and couldn’t be more grateful for her care. She explained everything so clearly and made a complex process feel simple. What really stood out was her warmth and genuine compassion, especially when we spoke about my fertility challenges. Dr Sheppard and the reception team made the whole experience seamless and stress-free. I’m incredibly thankful.
