Appalling treatment from staff who were not only rude and unfriendly, but also cancelled a booking I’d made months in advance—without notifying me. They made one call with no voicemail, no text, and no email to advise the appointment had been cancelled. When I followed up (based on the date still in my calendar), I was met with more rudeness and unhelpful responses, and told it was "on me" to call back—despite never being asked to do so. Been waiting 50 minutes so far despite the receptionist telling me the wait wasn’t long. DONT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME.
Nice receptionist, a little delay (15mn)but was ok. The doctor don’t talk to much but goes to the essential.
Third time lucky seeing doctor. Initially receptionist cancelled day before appointment , was told I'd get call that day to reschedule which only happened the next day, after waiting 30mins on the rescheduled date was told not enough time and to change date again. Eventually on third attempt after waiting 45mins saw doctor. Communication was poor and unprofessional throughout process, I know service is bulk billed but getting a handle on the admin side of things would go a long way to improving things.
