Made an apt over the phone for a highlights and cut. I wasn't given a choice for the level of stylist, I wasn't aware there were any. I thought I'd have an experienced stylist. It became obvious she wasn't My highlights weren't a full head, as I expected and my cut wasn't even. I didn't realize this until after I got home. Kambria is wonderful! I took my niece & nephew in the other day and she did a great job with them. Her demeanor was very calm and attentive so much so that I booked an appointment for myself. She listened, explained what we could do to achieve my goal, and executed wonderfully.
