very quick very professional and solved my medical issue instantly
Genuinely awful experience. I went in for yearly testing, only to be told my sample was lost when being sent to the lab and that I would have to come back in to redo the test. I repeated the test, having to take extra time off work, and it turns out that the testing was not lost and I was subsequently charged twice by the lab. Bondi Road Doctors gave me incorrect information, saying I needed to repeat the test when I didn’t and then are not willing to accept blame and cover the cost of the repeat test. Will not be returning.
Dr Deakin at Bondi Rd Doctors has been my GP for over 30 years. Gillian is a great doctor, very professional, thorough, caring and with excellent advice, for myself and my now grown children. The practice is also friendly and efficient.
