I picked up my new pair of glasses on Friday and just wanted to say thank you to Alan and Jo for the excellent and efficient service. I have been coming here for 20 years and each time I leave I think to myself how fortunate we are to have such a wonderful and experienced optometrist in our local area. Highly recommend this business.
We are so impressed by alan and his team at Bondi Optical. I called at 9 am sharp and Alan took my call. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He made a suggestion and offered for my husband to visit if needed. Elana answered my call the next day and was equally friendly and helpful. Thank you for5 star service. Great experience and excellent service and Alan and Illana they are listening what customers need and they will recommend most suitable glasses. I am so happy and finally I find my favorite Optometrist. They are at 202 Bondi Road Bondi.

After visiting countless optometrists and glasses shops over the past 20 years, Bondi Optical has given me by far the most efficient, personalised and seamless experience I’ve ever had. Alan made it the easiest and fastest eye test I’ve ever done, was incredibly helpful in choosing the frames, and my glasses were ordered quickly, and adjusted perfectly. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. My glasses are perfect and am very happy with them! Thanks so much again!
