I picked up my new pair of glasses on Friday and just wanted to say thank you to Alan and Jo for the excellent and efficient service. I have been coming here for 20 years and each time I leave I think to myself how fortunate we are to have such a wonderful and experienced optometrist in our local area. Highly recommend this business.
We are so impressed by alan and his team at Bondi Optical. I called at 9 am sharp and Alan took my call. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He made a suggestion and offered for my husband to visit if needed. Elana answered my call the next day and was equally friendly and helpful. Thank you for5 star service. We will be back when we next need your services.
Great experience and excellent service and Alan and Illana they are listening what customers need and they will recommend most suitable glasses. I am so happy and finally I find my favorite Optometrist. They are at 202 Bondi Road Bondi.
