Not happy, trying to get in touch with a clinic that clearly states the clinic hours Monday-Friday and Saturday hours. It’s only 12:15pm and reception has already turned on voicemail so I can’t get in touch about an appointment for Monday. Ridiculous service!
After falling over on a run I headed to this medical practise and received excellent medical care. The nurses that I saw were very attentive and focussed on making sure that the wound on my knee was treated and healed correctly. Dr Harris was also excellent in checking me over and being sure the wound avoided infection. Great experience with both the nurses and doctors. Thank you!
A shout-out to Dr Yoav Lewis who bulk billed me even after going above and beyond with help sourcing the rabies vaccine.
I had my appointment canceled by SMS because the system didn’t accept my card. Then, the clinic called me asking where I was, and I explained to the receptionist that both they and the insurance company had canceled the appointment. She very rudely told me that this wasn’t true, even though I had the message proving it, and then hung up on me. My wife and I used this medical practice for my son's birth. They got everything wrong. They prescribed folic acid which now has been proven to cause post natial depression. They prescribed antibiotics which is a factor in Autism. Then vaccination of my son. Who was then diagnosed with Autism after the MMR vaccination. RFK has now proved vaccination causes Autism.
